✨ Our Creative Process (Simple, Smooth & Stress‑Free) photography and videography with our team 📌 Before the ShootTo align perfectly with your vision, we’ll ask you to share:• The number of photos and videos you require• A reference moodboard that reflects the style you’re aiming for• A clear list of the items we’ll be shooting, including quantities (how many pieces from each category)Once we receive these details, our team will recommend the ideal shoot duration and confirm delivery timelines so everything is clear from the start.---🎥 During the ShootYour session will be led by a dedicated photographer, supported by a professional assistant.The assistant will be with you throughout the shoot—guiding you, helping you pose, fixing details, and making sure you feel confident and comfortable.After the shoot, the assistant will review the images with you and help shortlist your favorites so we’re fully aligned before editing begins.---✨ After the ShootOur editing team will begin working on your selected photos and videos right away.You’ll receive everything within the promised timeline—and if we finish early, the assistant will send your final files immediately.———✨ Terms & ConditionsWhile we care deeply for the space, Artified is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items.Our studio is a shared creative environment, not a private area. Please treat it with care and respect.Team members may enter the space to assist or ensure smooth operations.We do not offer steaming, sewing, ironing, or garment services. Please arrive camera‑ready.Clothing left behind for more than 48 hours incurs a 10 QAR/day storage fee. Unclaimed items after 2 weeks will be donated.Free parking is available outside the studio.For your safety and ours, the studio is monitored via CCTV at all times.Setup, pack‑up, and tidying are part of your reserved booking time. Plan accordingly.Requested setups will be completed within your reserved slot.A team member will remind you 10 minutes before wrap to help you close out. Once your time ends, we’ll assist with final carry‑outs.Sessions running overtime will be charged 199 QAR/hour. To respect other guests, we advise against extensions. Plan wisely.Bookings are non‑refundable. Reschedules are welcome with 48 hours’ notice and must be used within 3 months.You are responsible for any damages or losses caused by your team during your booking.Models / Voice Talents – Fees invoiced independentlyPermissions & Locations – Must be arranged in advanceExtra Props – Custom/purchased props billed separatelyYour slot is exclusively reserved for you. If you arrive late, we cannot extend your session to compensate.Example: Booked for 3 hours → Arrive 1 hour late → Request 30 mins ironing → Only 1.5 hours remain.Need more time? We’ll try to accommodate based on availability. If possible, extensions are 199 QAR/hour.Please note: We may not be able to continue if it conflicts with another booking. Our team is not obligated to stay beyond your reserved time.---📸 If You’re Booking Studio Rental With an Artified Photographer• If you have a concept, storyline, or specific direction you’d like us to follow, please share it at least 48 hours before your session so we can plan accordingly.• Any unique or additional items required for your shoot are the client’s responsibility to provide.• Our shoots do not include ingredients, fruits, vegetables, coffee, or custom props. If your concept requires specific materials, please bring them with you.
